I agree that the information disclosed to me by Deltalytics, Inc. (the Company) in connection with being granted access to the company’s “Under The Hood” web page, is considered proprietary and confidential to the Company. 

I understand and agree that this information (which includes details about the Deltalytics structure, methodology, tools and techniques) must be treated as valuable trade secrets that the Company seeks to protect.  Confidential information shall not include any information previously known to me, the general public, or previously recognized as standard practice in the field.

I will hold all confidential and proprietary information in confidence and will not use such information except as may be authorized by the Company and will prevent its unauthorized dissemination. I acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure or use by me could cause considerable harm and injury to the Company, so I will take all reasonable steps to prevent this from occurring. This agreement is made under, and will be construed according to, the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
